Staff Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Directory
This directory contains the practice’s approved Standard Operating Procedures for clinical and non-clinical teams. SOPs set out clear, standardised processes to support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent ways of working.
All staff are expected to follow the SOPs relevant to their role. The latest version of each SOP will always be available via this live directory.
Paco GP – Staff FAQ Directory
This directory provides answers to common staff questions about Paco GP and the associated Total Triage model. It is designed to support staff before, during, and after go-live, helping to build confidence in using the system and responding to patient queries.
The FAQ content will continue to grow as learning, feedback, and common themes emerge.
