The Learning Disability Annual Health Check is available for patients aged 14 or over who is on their doctor’s learning disability register.
The appointment is up to 60 minutes in duration. We ask that all patients have their bloods taken at least 1 week prior to their appointment as these results will support the discussions during the annual health check. We appreciate that some patients may be anxious or have a fear for having their bloods taken, if this is the case please let us know as we can make reasonable adjustments.
